Ingredients

  1. 750 gmmutton cooked and with it's stock
  2. 1 tbspregular garam masala or goda masala
  3. 2 tbspred chilli powder
  4. 1 tspturmeric
  5. 1onion roasted
  6. 3green chilli
  7. 10garlic cloves
  8. 1khobra sliced and roasted
  9. 1 inchginger
  10. 1 tbspDaliya
  11. 1 tbspSesame seeds roasted
  12. 1-3 tbspdhaniya
  13. as per tasteSalt
  14. 3 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    See if you got fat in mutton or not. In case it is there reduce amount of oil.

  2. 2

    Make paste of onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli, coriander, daliya, sesame seeds, dry coconut. Add oil to make smooth paste of it.

  3. 3

    Heat oil and add paste in it. Add all spice powder with it and let it cook till mixture become darker.

  4. 4

    Now add mutton pieces only and mix it with masalas. Then add stock and add salt accordingly.

  5. 5

    When it starts boiling reduce flame to low and let it boil till it shows bright red top oil floating. Serve with garam bhakri.
