Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 2eggs
  2. 2 cupsflour
  3. 1 tablespoonsugar
  4. 4 teaspoonsbaking powder
  5. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1 3/4 cupmilk
  7. 1/2 cupvegetable oil or melted butter

Cooking Instructions

    Heat waffle iron. Spray with cooking spray before batter for each waffle is added.

    In large bowl, beat eggs with wire whisk until fluffy. Beat in remaining ingredients until smooth.

    Pour slightly less than 3/4 cup batter onto center of hot waffle iron. Close lid of waffle iron.

  4. 4

    Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle. Serve immediately. Repeat with remaining batter.
