Steps

In a teaflon pan toast about 4 big sppons of flour (no oil). This makes about 1 gallon of milks worth.

Let it sit for a while (5 mins) so that is cools down.

Warm water (in another pan) almost until boil and pour in flour. Mix until the flour disolves.

Then you strain the water and flour mix into a bigger pot. Strain out all the clumps.

Add 1 gallon of milk (little by little) to the mixture while still stirring.

Add 1 cinnamon stick .

Start addig milk and sugar (little by little). If milk makes it to watery -stop. Add sugar to how sweet you want it.

Remember- it might look a little watery at first, but it will thicken up.

Never stop mixing or it will stick to the bottom of the pan.

Finally, let it sit for a while and serve.
