Ingredients

  1. 500 gmcooked muttom kheema
  2. 1 cupmutton stock
  3. 2potato boiled mashed
  4. 2chopped onion
  5. 2tomato
  6. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tbspkashmiri red chilli powder
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 1 tbsppav bhaji masala
  10. 1/2 cupgreen peas
  11. as neededCoriander
  12. 1 tbspginger garlic paste or chopped
  13. 1 tbspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Take large pan and add 1 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of butter. Add finely chopped onion, ginger garlic, coriander and tomato and cook it till it become mushy.

    Now add green peas and saute it a little. Add both red chilli powder, salt, turmeric, pav bhaji masala, and mashed potato and mix it.

  3. 3

    Then add 1 cup stock and first mix it well then add kheema. Now on low flame let it cook for4-5 mins.

    Serve it with butter pav.
