Ingredients

  1. 200 gmAll purpose flour (Maida)
  2. 100 gmMilk
  3. 100 gmSugar
  4. 100 gmOil (Refined vegetable oil)
  5. 50 gmMilk Powder
  6. 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  7. 2 tspCocoa Powder
  8. 1 tspBaking Powder
  9. 1 tspVanilla Essence
  10. 1 tspLemon orange food colour
  11. 2 tspSugar syrup /coco siyrup
  12. 3 tspCurd

    Step 1:- Sieve all purpose flour (maida) in a bowl. Add milk powder, baking powder and baking soda,Mix well add milk, sugar, vanilla Essence and oil,curd mix well again.

    Now separate the batter into bowls. One will be add sugar siyrup and add lemon orangepowder to the another.

  3. 3

    Now we have batter lemon orange and sugar siyrup. Grease the aluminium mould/we are going to bake the cake.

  4. 4

    Dust it with all purpose flour (maida). Keep it up aside. Pour one big spoon of lemon orange batter in the aluminium mould, now pour one spoon of sugar siyrup batter over it.

    Keep repeating this process one over the another. The batter will automatically take shape.

  6. 6

    Now with the help of a knife or toothpick, make swirl effects. It's upto your creativity how you want.

  7. 7

    Pre-heat the microwave at 200 degree for 5 minutes. Bake the cake at 200 degree for 25-30 minutes. Once done, check if the cake is ready test it with a toothpick or skewer to make sure the cake is cooked through.

  8. 8

    Cool the cake and de-mould it.
    To bake it in a pressure cooker, bake it on simmer for about 30 mins.
