Soak moong daal overnight in water.

Drain all the water from daal.

Mix ginger paste, finely chopped green chillies and grind it into the coarse paste without adding any water.

Paste should be thick. Now add crushed green peas, corriender leaves and salt.mix well.

Heat oil in a wok for deep frying.

Take a portion of the dough and put them into the oil. Fry them in medium flame or until turn golden brown from all the sides.

Make all the fritters like the same way.

Serve hot with green chutney/ tomato sauce or with hot cup of tea.
