This is a very common and go to beverage for most Kenyan families especially one with toddlers and old folks. It very nutritious as it has several ingredients that are very vital for the body. Enjoy.

Bring the water to boil

Meanwhile in a bowl place the uji mix and add in a cup of water and mix until it has a nice consistency

Once the water is boiled while stiring with a mwiko(cooking stick) add in the uji mix
- 4
Until it starts to come together keep stirring.

Add in the milk and if too runny you can add a mix of a tablespoon of uji mix and water to your satisfaction.

Allow to boil. You can add sugar into it of your desired amount or after serving in a cup.
