Ingredients

  1. Fresh Dungeness crab (1 lb meat, 3 lbs in shell)
  2. 12 ozfresh Linguine pasta
  3. Chopped garlic
  4. Butter
  5. Handfulchopped Mint and basil
  6. Cracked black pepper
  7. Grated Parmesan
  8. 1 cuppasta water (save from cooking Linguine)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook pasta until al dente, save one cup of pasta water

  2. 2

    Melt butter, cooked chopped garlic for a few minutes.

  3. 3

    Add pasta to butter

  4. 4

    Mix in crab, some of water until in is saucy but not watery

  5. 5

    Right before serving add basil, Mint cheese

  6. 6

    Plate and add cracked black pepper
