Ingredients

  1. 100 gsoyabean
  2. Paste of onion, ginger, garlic and green chilli
  3. 2 tomatoes (finely chopped)
  4. 1/2 tbsturmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tbscoriander powder
  6. 1/2 tbsgaram masala
  7. leavesFinely chopped coriander
  8. as per tasteSalt
  9. Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak soya in hot water till they puffs up, drain them and keep it aside. Blend soya in a mixie for a second.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan add paste of onion, ginger, garlic and green chilli and finely chopped tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.

  4. 4

    Saute it till the paste start leaving oil.

  5. 5

    Add soya granules and cook it for 5-8 min in a low flame.

  6. 6

    Garnish it with coriander leaves.

  7. 7

    Serve this with hot chapattis.
