Soak soya in hot water till they puffs up, drain them and keep it aside. Blend soya in a mixie for a second.

Heat oil in a pan add paste of onion, ginger, garlic and green chilli and finely chopped tomatoes.

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.

Saute it till the paste start leaving oil.

Add soya granules and cook it for 5-8 min in a low flame.

Garnish it with coriander leaves.

Serve this with hot chapattis.
