Steps

Boil green peas, carrots, cauliflower and capsicum for 10 minutes

Mash all vegetables and boiled potatoes

Heat butter in pan add green chillies, ginger garlic paste,chopped onions and sauté them till it turns golden brown

Add chopped tomatoes sauté them

Add mashed vegetables mix them

Add haldi powder, red chilli powder, Garam masala, Pav bhaji masala and salt and mix them well

Stir them till it leaves the oil

Add some water and give a boil

Now heat a pan spread butter and bhaji little bit and keep Pav on that and let it turn brown from both sides

Pav bhaji is ready to serve add more butter and garnish it with coriander leaves 😊
