butter 9x5x3 baking dish - do not use canna butter for this. use un-salted butter.

in a 3qt pot combine cane sugar, whole milk, cocoa, corn syrup, sea salt and keef.

heat over medium heat. stir constantly until all the cane sugar is dissolved.

then cook to 234°f on your candy thermometer. stir occasionally.

remove from heat and add canna butter. do not stir into fudge. let the canna butter melt over the top of fugde.

let fudge cool without stirring to 120°f.

add vanilla extract, then beat with a wooden spoon continuously until your fudge is no longer glossy and thick(5 minutes).

spread into buttered baking dish. let cool on counter top until your fudge is firm.

cut into squares and serve.
