Ingredients

  1. for dough
  2. 1 bowlmaida,
  3. 1/2 tspsalt,
  4. pinchajwain,
  5. 1 tspoil
  6. for stuffing
  7. 2Onion's finely chopped,
  8. 2green chilies finely chopped,
  9. 1/2 bowlpaneer mashed,
  10. 1 cupcoriander leaves chopped,
  11. To tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients fr dough and make a hard dough cover and keep aside

    Mix all Ingredients of stuffing in mixing bowl

  3. 3

    Make small ball's from dough

  4. 4

    Roll in small puri with rolling pin

  5. 5

    Stuff the stuffing and shape into potali

  6. 6

    Per heat cooker with salt in it for 10 min

  7. 7

    In pan spread oil and keep potali in it and keep in it

  8. 8

    Bake in it first 5 min on full and then in slow flame

  9. 9

    Check with toothpick if it comes out clean then done
