Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  • 6frozen hake fillets
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1chopped green bell pepper
  • 1small chopped red bell pepper
  • 2potatoes, cut as for a Spanish omelet
  • 3 clovesgarlic, chopped
  • 1 handfulgreen peas
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1/4 cupwhite wine (60 ml)
  • Olive oil
  • Water
  • Salt

Steps

    In a skillet, heat a splash of olive oil and sauté all the chopped vegetables with the white wine, a little water, salt to taste, and the bay leaf, all together.

    While the vegetables are cooking, add a splash of water if needed so they stay juicy.
