  • Salt
  • Seasoning
  • Green bell pepper
  • Red bell pepper
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Onions
  • Coriander powder

    Season the gizzard with the garlic, ginger, salt, seasoning, onions and cook until soft

  2. 2

    The remove and place on a rack to drain

  3. 3

    Use a kebab stick to pierce the gizzard and add the sliced bell peppers
