Homemade mandazi
Its been long since I cooked mandazi.
Steps

Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder and cardamon)

Rub in the margarine until the mixture looks like sand like
- 3
Add warm water as you knead until the dough is soft and bouncy
- 4
Let the dough rest for a minimum of 30 mins
- 5
Roll and cut into desired shapes
- 6
Deep fry into hot clean oil till golden brown
