  • 3big tomatoes
  • Cooking oil
  • 1onion
  • Salt
  • 1 clovegarlic

    Chop the liver and boil for 15mins

  2. 2

    Drain excess water and add cooking oil(just enough)

  3. 3

    Add onions and garlic then tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Fry till well cooked and serve.
