  • 1fish fillet
  • 1 bunchsukuma wiki
  • 5tomatoes
  • 2onions
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the fish and deep fry in the hot oil till golden brown.

  2. 2

    Fry the sukuma wiki using one onion and 2 tomatoes with a little salt

  3. 3

    Add onion and fry till golden brown then add tomatoes with salt

  4. 4

    Cook till softened remove and cook Ugali. Serve together.
