Cook in smoker until meat reaches 140-160 degrees. Pull ribs and put in 2 sheets aluminum foil.

Add honey, brown sugar, butter. Wrap aluminum tight double wrapped leave one end opened for fruit juice to be poured in not a lot.

Another hour on the smoker then let them sit for 30 minutes. Cut each one separate.
