Steps

Cook the rice for 12-18minutes.wash and keep.

Boil the rice for 15mins.

Wash and cut carrots,green peas,spring onion and sausages.

Place back the rice in the heat and pour in the stock,add curry,thyme and salt.boul it for 5mins.

Place a pan on the heat,measure out groundnut oil and pour in

After 1minute add the vegetables one after the other.then sausage

Open the tinned corn and drain the water.

Then scoope out rice and add to the frying pan.add the corn.

Fry for 2mins and stir pour out and continue till the rice finishes.

Fry the chicken in a hot vegetable oil for 5mins.
