Butter Kaju Biscuits

Butter & Sugar together till it become fluffy & Creamy

Now add all the dry ingredients & chilled water,add half chopped Kaju and mix together & make soft dough.

Now set the dough on pallet knife & keep open in the refrigerator for for half an hour,after that cut the dough in the shape of rectangle biscuit & sprinkle the left over chopped Kaju on it & press it gently.

Now bake it in the grease tray.

Preheated microwave at 180 degree C for 20-25 minutes till it done

Cool on the wire rack & store in air tight container.
