Combine all the ingredients except the curd in a mixer & blend to a coarse mixture.

Transfer the mixture into a deep bowl, add the curd & mix well.

Add the soya chunks to prepared achaari marinade, mix gently and keep aside to marinate for 30 minutes.

Arrange the marinated soya chunks on satay sticks and keep aside.

Heat a non stick tawa (griddle), grease it with little oil. Place few satays on it and cook it on a medium flame, using a little oil. Repeat the same for more satays.

Serve immediately with pudina chutney.
