1 cangreen lentils
1 canbutter beans
1 canborlotti beans
1 canchopped tomatoes
2 tbspconcentrated tomato puree
3 cloveof garlic
1 dashof balsamic vineger (optional)
1whole grain noodles or spaghetti

add cans of beans and lentils to a large pan

pour over can of chopped tomatoes

add tomato puree, garlic and splash a dash of the balsamic vinegar

season with salt and cook on a medium heat until boiling point.

serve hot with some nutritious whole grain noodles or spaghetti, perfect for a hearty meal!
