  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/2garam masala
  • 1/2dhaniya powder
  • 1/2jira powder
  • to tastenamak
  • 1 tsp kasturi methi
  • 1 table spoonbutter

    Pehle methi ko kaat kar dhole fir boil kar le paani achhe se nikal le methi ka or matar bhi boil kar le

    Pyaaj lehsun adrak hari mirch or kaaju kaat kar boil kar le 5 minute

  3. 3

    Ab pyaaj lehsun adrak hari mirch kaaju ko paani se nikal kar thanda hone ke baad mixer me grind karle paste bana le

  4. 4

    Ek kadai me oil garam karein usme pyaaj ka peast daale 10 minute bhun le hume ise brun nahi karna bas halka bhunna hai

  5. 5

    Fir isme boil methi daal kar 5 minute paka le

  6. 6

    Ab isme matar daal kar ise bhi 5 minute paka le

  7. 7

    Ab masale add karein garam msala jira masala namak dhaniya powder daal kar masale ko 5 minute paka le

  8. 8

    Ab isme cream add karein or achhe se mila le

  9. 9

    Ab isme milk bhi add kar de

  10. 10

    Or 10 minute low flame par pakne de

  11. 11

    Ab gas band kar de upar se butter daal kar mila le

  12. 12

    Tyar hai methi matar malai
