Ingredients

  1. 100 gm paneer
  2. 250gm khoya
  3. 1 tbsp maida
  4. 1cup tomato puree
  5. One teaspoon Garam Masala
  6. to taste Salt
  7. Chopped dry fruits
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Half teaspoon turmeric powder
  10. Half teaspoon red chilli powder
  11. One teaspoon ginger paste
  12. 1 inch dalchini Ka Tukda
  13. 1 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
  14. Half teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
  15. One tablespoon Kaju ka paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl and add the Khoya paneer and maida and mix well.

  2. 2

    Ab iske chhote Chote balls bana lenge Ar usme Dry fruit bhar denge.

  3. 3

    Ar in balls ko Lowe flame Par goldan brown hone tak fry kar lenge.

  4. 4

    Ab ek pan me oil garam karein Ar dalchini tejpatta dal kar usme tamatar puori dal de Ar bhun Le.

  5. 5

    Add the turrmuric powder, red chilli powder, Kashmir red chilli powder. And mix well.

  6. 6

    Add the kahu paste and salt and water and boiling the low flame.

  7. 7

    Add the kofta balls and 2 min cooked.

  8. 8

    Ab gas band kar de.and garnish the leaves

  9. 9

    Served the hot Malai Kofta with Nan and lachha paratha
