Steps

First Wash daal and drain water.

Now grind the daal and make a coarse paste.

Heat ghee in a wok add daal paste and cook it on slow flam till brown in colour.(it takes 25 to 30 minutes)

Now add milk and cardamom powder and cook till milk observ.
- 5
Now add mawa and sugar and cook them till ghee seprated.
- 6
Now switch off the flam and garnish with chopped cashewnut and crushed pistachios
