Ingredients

1 cupfusilli pasta
4Tomato chopped
4 clovesgarlic
1/4 tspmixed herbs
2 leabasil leaf chopped
as per taste salt
1/4 tspblack pepper powder
1 tspoil

Steps

Take a pan add water,salt and fusilli pasta boil in 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes water drain and pasta cool for 2 minutes.

Take a pan add tomato,salt,black pepper,garlic and half cup of water mix and cook.

After cook grind and make a smooth tomato paste.

Take a deep pan add oil and tomato paste after few seconds then add pasta,basil and mixed herbs mix and cook for 3 minute.

Serve fusilli tomato pasta.
