2 cupflour
2 tspbaking powder
2well beaten eggs
1/4 cupmelted butter
6 tbspbrown sugar
120 oz can pineapple crushed, well drained
2well beaten egg
1 cupwhite sugar
1 tbspmelted butter
2 cupflaked coconut
1/2 cupmaraschino cherries

Steps

BASE: sift flour & baking powder, add egg, butter & sugar, mix well, mixture is crumbly

Press in buttered 13 x 9 pan, then spread evenly with drained pineapple

TOPPING: to eggs add butter & sugar, mix well, add cherries & coconut, carefullr spread over pineapple

Bake at 325° for 45 minutes - while still warm mark into squares
