1 canPineapple with juice
1 tbspCornflour
1 tbspTomatoe Ketchup
1 tbspSoya Sauce
1 tspSugar
2 1/2 tbspVinegar
1 tbspOil
300 gramsPork Strips
1Red pepper chopped
3Spring Onions chopped
1Seasoning

Steps

Mix cornflour with 4 tbs of pineapple juice, ketchup, soya sauce, sugar and vinegar. Set aside.

Heat oil and fry pork till brown. Set aside.

Fry pepper, pineapple and onions.

Stir in the mixed sauce, a little water and return pork to pan.

Cook till tender and add seasoning.
