Fire up pasta on the hob

Add chicken pieces and peppers to a pan and cook through

Once cooked, add seasonings to taste. I like mine hot, so lots of chili powder!

Add 2tbsp of ketchup and sour cream to the mix to get a sauce going

While pan is still hot, add a good handful of cheese and mix well

Combine your pasta and chicken. Boom, done!
