Ingredients

4 beef balls
  • 4 piecesthin sliced beef
  • 150 gmashed potato
  • Cheese (any kind)
  • 2 tablespoonMirin (Japanese sweet Sake)
  • 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potato and mash. Divide 4 pieces.

    Put cheese inside and make ball

    Wrap potato balls with thin sliced beef

    Fry in pan with 1 teaspoon salad oil till beef turns good colour.

    Add soy sauce sugar and Mirin mixture

    Cook beef ball turning till the sauce is thickened

How do you keep the beef from unwrapping? I made this and it tasted great but a lot fell apart when frying
