Steps

Cook onions & celery in oil until tender.

Mix parsley, sage, salt, & pepper together then add to cooked vegetables, stir.

Beat eggs and add water (or broth).

Mix cooked vegetables with bread, add egg mixture. Stir gently.

Stuff turkey body & neck cavity or may bake alone in buttered casserole dish approx a 9x13.

Bake casserole for 45-55 minutes, until light brown. Time may vary if baking with other dishes. May refrigerate and bake later.
