    Baby potato par boil kere peel Kar prick Kar ke deep fry kere

    Ab Dahi mein dhaniya jeera powder kasmiri mirch turmeric and kaju powder ko mix kere

    Pan mein oil garam kere ginger and garlic ko saute kere bay leaf dale

    Ab whisk Dahi mixture dal ke continue stir kerte hue oil left hone tak cook kere

    Ab garam masala add kere and bhune an elaichi powder and salt dal ke mix kere

  6. 6

    Ab fried aloo dale mix Kere 2min cook kere

  7. 7

    Ab gravy ke liye pani add kere lid as cover Kere

  8. 8

    Gravy this hone per flame off Kar de coriander leaf se garnish Kar serve kere
