Ingredients

  • 1egg white
  • 3/4 cupbrown sugar
  • 1 tbspvanilla
  • 1 cupchopped nuts, optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat egg white until very, very stiff

  2. 2

    Slowly add brown sugar then vanilla while still beat in egg white

  3. 3

    Beat until very, very, very stiff

  4. 4

    Fold in nuts

  5. 5

    Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet covered with parchment paper

  6. 6

    Bake at 275° for 25 mins

  7. 7

    Turn off oven and leave in oven for 25 more mins
