Ingredients

  • 1/2 lbsharp cheese
  • 1/2 lbmild cheese
  • 3 stickbutter, room temp
  • 3 1/2 cupplain flour
  • 2/3 tspred pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Great cheese, mix softened butter with cheese

  2. 2

    Add flour and red pepper

  3. 3

    Mix well

  4. 4

    Best mixed by hand

  5. 5

    Mix into small balls and then flatten with a fork on greased cookie sheet

  6. 6

    Bake at 350° for 8 mins

  7. 7

    Makes approx. 25 - 30
