Ingredients

  • 1big size of potato
  • 1 cupgram flour
  • 1 tspajwain
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • Pinchsoda
  • Oil for deep fry
  • to tasteSalt
  • Pinchred chilli powder

Steps

    Wash potato and cut roundly

  2. 2

    Add salt and red chilli powder on potato

  3. 3

    Take a bowl make batter with besan Salt green chilli and water

  4. 4

    Add soda and hot oil 1 tbsp

  5. 5

    Take potato slice and deep in batter fry in hot oil

  6. 6
