Ingredients

  • 2 packetsOreos
  • 100 gmsCream cheese
  • Chocolate and icing sugar to decorate

Steps

  1. 1

    Crush the Oreos until they are crumbs. You can use a food processor or a wooden spoon to break them.

    Add the cream cheese

    Mix until they have a sticky but rollable consistency and then roll into balls. If you’ve added too much cheese, add more biscuits to compensate. Lay them out on some grease proof paper.

    Pop in the fridge for an hour or two or overnight to harden. Decorate as you like!
