1/2shallot
2tomatoes
2 tspcooking oil
To tastesalt

Boil meat for 15mins.

Drain off any left over water but don't pour it we will use it for soup.

Add in onions and fry until golden brown. Add tomatoes and fry until soft.

Add in 1/2 cup of water. Add salt to taste.Cook for about 5 minutes

Serve with rice.
