Combine maida, salt oil in a bowl and mix.

Add curd and mix then add water and make a soft dough.

Cover it with wet cloth for 2 hrs.

After 2 hrs remove the cloth and knead the dough again.

Take a one part of the dough and roll it in your palm like a ball.

Dust the rolling surface with dry flour and roll the dough with rolling pin.

Put garlic and give first turn and then second turn.

Now roll again with rolling pin and apply 1/2 tbsp coriander leaves on top and roll again so it can stick on naan.

Grease the tandoor tray put the garlic nanna in pre heat tandoor. Close the lid.

Put in tandoor on lower mode for
2 minutes. And then in upper mode for 2 minutes. - 11
Open the lid take out the naan, apply butter.

Your garlic naan is ready.
