4 tbspOats
1/2 tbspSalt
2Boiled potato
1/2 tbspRed chilli
1 tbspChat masala
4 tbspMaida
as needed Oil for fry

Mash the potato in a bowl.

Add all spices, maida and 2 tbsp oats and mix it and make a soft dough.

Take small portion and give a tikki shape.

Roll it on oats and deep fry it.
