Heat oil in wok add onion in it and sauce till it turn soft.

Add capsicum and saute for 3 minutes on low flame.

Add boiled baby potatoes and salt in it and cook it on high flame for minute, keep sauteing.

Add schezwan sauce and mix it well cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame, add half spring onion in it mix well switch off the flame.

Garnish it with remaining spring onion.
