Ingredients

  1. 16nos boiled and peeled baby potatoes
  2. 1onion roughly chopped
  3. 1capsicum roughly chopped
  4. 3 tablespoonschopped spring onion
  5. 2dried red chilies roughly chopped
  6. 3 tablespoonsschezwan sauce
  7. salt as per taste
  8. 1 tablespooncooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in wok add onion in it and sauce till it turn soft.

  2. 2

    Add capsicum and saute for 3 minutes on low flame.

  3. 3

    Add boiled baby potatoes and salt in it and cook it on high flame for minute, keep sauteing.

  4. 4

    Add schezwan sauce and mix it well cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame, add half spring onion in it mix well switch off the flame.

  5. 5

    Garnish it with remaining spring onion.
