Fenugreek and guava / methi amrood subji
Steps

Wash and chop fenugreek leaves, onion, Cut guavas into cubes (you can also remove the seeds), heat oil add mustard seeds, ginger paste stir and add onions… cook till soft (now add in chopped tomato if using)

Add fenugreek leaves and stir for few minutes

Add coriander, turmeric, red chilli, garam masala powder/tandoori masala powder stir well for a minute

Add guavas and salt stir again for a minute, Add 1/4 cup water, cover and simmer the flame & leave it for 3-4 minutes to blend well (made using tandoori masala powder)

Combine everything once and serve hot
