Cut potato in finger shape&soak in salted water

Take a pan add few drops of oil

Add 1tb water &pinch of salt

Mash lightly &add sugar &black pepper

Cook 5-7mnts and sprinkle oregano

Take a pan add oil

Golden crisp fry potatoes

Sprinkle chat masala

Serve with Grapes chutney..
