Take a kodai add oil, green chilli, tomatoes and ginger crushed

Now add all vegetables without methi saag and stir it.

Then add coriander powder, chat masala methi saag and salt, and stir it.

Now if necessary add water for cooking well.

Now it's time to serve with chapti Beet Root sobji.
