Steps

Boil the Liver with salt and 1 tbsp of oil

Boil with 1/4 cup of water.

Boil until water disappears. The add in diced onions and fry until soft.

Add in sliced tomatoes and stir until soft.

Add in salt and stir cover well.

Cover for 2 minutes then add in 250mls of water and allow to boil.

Take the dania and boil for 2 minutes. Dissolve royco in 10mls of water add to the cooking Liver. Boil for 2 minutes then serve.
