Ingredients

45 minutes
3 serves
  • 1/4 kgrice
  • 1large carrot
  • 1small cucumber
  • 1small capsicum(green, yellow, red)
  • 1 tbspoil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 cupdania

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil 1/2 litre of water. Add in salt and oil.

  2. 2

    Cut the vegetables into small cubicles and add to water.

  3. 3

    Then add in rice and cover well until rice is well cooked.

  4. 4

    Serve.
