Ingredients

  • 1bell pepper (chopped)
  • 3garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1 can (15 oz)chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cupsvegetable broth
  • 1 tbspchilli powder
  • 1/2 tsppaprika
  • 1/2 tsppepper
  • 1 tbspcumin
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1birds eye chilli (optional)
  • 1avocado (garnish)
  • Cilantro (garnish)

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare all ingredients and place into crockpot (except for cilantro and avocado)

    Cook on low for 6-8 hours or 3 hours on high
