Ingredients

1bell pepper (chopped)
3garlic cloves (minced)
1onion (chopped)
1 tsporegano
1 can (15 oz)chopped tomatoes
2 cupsvegetable broth
1 tbspchilli powder
1/2 tsppaprika
1/2 tsppepper
1 tbspcumin
1/2 cupwater
1birds eye chilli (optional)
1avocado (garnish)
Cilantro (garnish)

Prepare all ingredients and place into crockpot (except for cilantro and avocado)

Cook on low for 6-8 hours or 3 hours on high
