Steps

Wash and cut chicken, spice with salt, knorr seasonong, onion and parboil for 25mins.

Wash and slice the uziza leaves; add more water to the chicken now just enough for the peppersoup.

Add the peppersoup spice then boil for 5minutes and pour in the uziza leave then parboil for 2mins.
- 4
Turn off heat and serve either alone or with white rice
