Combine the spinach, dried fenugreek leaves,cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for few seconds.Allow it to cool completely and grind it in a mixer to a smooth purée Keep aside - 2
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan

Cumin seed add onion paste and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes

Add tomato puree and saute on an medium flame few minutes

Add ginger garlic paste
Add the turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala,mix well and cook on a salt medium flame for 1 minute

Add the palka puree mix well and cook 1 to 2 minutes add sweet corn mix well and cook 5 minutes switch off the gas ready corn Palak

Onions puree and tomato puree sweet corn boil
