Steps

Take chap slit with the knife.. and fry in the oil till crisp.. and then marinate it with salt and red chilli powder and keep aside.

Take a heavy bottom Vessel add oil..khade masalas and onion paste saute till golden.

Now add ginger garlic paste saute for 5 min.

Now add tomato puree and all the masalas.. bhuno till oil gets separate..

Add chap and water for the gravy..

Cover it for 10-15 min. At last add cream.. serve witb roomali roti..
