Ingredients

  • 4 ozcheddar cheese, finely shredded
  • 4 ozcheddar cheese, normally shredded
  • 1 smalljar of pimento chopped
  • 3/4 cupHellman's mayonnaise
  • 1 tbspfresh parsley, diced
  • 1 dashsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    combine all ingredients and mix well. Using both finely and normally shredded cheeses improves the texture.

    refrigerate one day before serving
